What personal data we collect

We collect your contact details (Name, address, telephone & email) and also keep a record of your preferences with regards to treatments.

Why we collect it and how it is used

We collect your contact details so that we can contact you about your appointments and also let you know of events and special offers at the salon.

We keep a record of your treatment details so that custom treatments (e.g. specially mixed hair colours) can be repeated at future appointments if you require.

We also keep a record of your enquiries if you are enquiring about our services for a special occasion (e.g. a wedding booking) so that we are better able to fulfill our service to you on the day.

Who it will be shared with

As a small salon each of the employees has access to your details so that they can help you with enquiries over the phone or by email. We do not share your information with any other organisations.

When and why it will be deleted

We regularly review our customer database and regular customers who have not used our services for 12 months are deleted from our files.

Correspondence with visiting special occasion customers is deleted once outstanding bills have have been settled.

What we will not use personal data for

We will not pass your details on to other customers or to other organisations unless required by law to do so.
